:: Double Cheese and Onion Phrata ::


just before puasa, i had Hot & Roll Phrata - Double Cheese and Onion kat Wangsa Walk Mall. oohhhhh sungguh berlemak tapi sangat addictive. since OH adalah jenis yang tidak suka makan nasi untuk sahur,i guess this is one of the good alternative nak buat untuk sahur. tried this untuk breakfast sebelum pose hari tuh, to get his approval. OH kata ok. so, here goes..

:: Ingredients ::
roti canai segera (in my case, i got the frozen one from my aunty. homemade gitu)
bawang besar (cincang, guna yang Hollang punya)
1 tsp mayo
1 keping cheese
sikit grated cheese

:: Method ::
1. Masak roti canai at one side. Just before garing, flip it.
2. letak cheese, grated cheese, chopped onion & mayo.
3. lipat roti phrata into two.
4. serve warm

note : sangat berlemak wooooo. kalau stok-stok ada gallstone, hati-hati yek. (peringatan untuk diri sendiri)
