Chocolate Puff



Seronok sangat buat kuih nih. Sebab end product dia nampak sangat 'gah' tapi sungguhlah effortless..

 3 ingredients, and you're off to set the appetite. Kids are happy, Husband is happy.. Mommy senyum sorang-sorang sebab this is super duper easy.

Highly recommended for 'suddenly show up' guests. (as long as you keep the puff pastry ready in your fridge)

Ingredients:-
1. Pastry puff (frozen)
2. Cooking chocolate (Cut to your desired size)
3. Egg yolk (to brush)

Method:-
1. Thaw the frozen puff.
2. Cut into desired shape. In my case, I just potong to a small rectangular shape.
3. Put the chopped choc in the middle and roll the pastry.
4. Brush with egg yolk.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15mins at 200deg.

In less than 30 mins, SIAP SEMUA. you can change the filling accordingly. I've tried kaya, and tuna with mayo & lemon for savoury puff. sangat sedap. Excellent for tea or brunch. or even breakfast.
