:: Macaroni Goreng ::



bila tukang masak sudah bosan makan roti utk breakfast (unlike my OH who can take breads for breakfast-lunch-dinner-in between meals-everytime). :)

::Ingredients::
3-4 handful of Macaroni (cooked al-dente in salted water + bits of olive oil)
2-3 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
carrot
sawi
capsicum
daging
udang
2 tbsp sos tiram
1 tbsp sos cili
3 tbsp kicap manis
3 tbsp kicap masin
3 tbsp sos char kuey teow
2 biji telur
minyak bijan

optional :-
salad
tomato

:: Method ::
1. tumis bawang putih & merah yang telah dihiris halus sehingga wangi
2. masukkan daging, carrot & capsicum.
3. bila daging dah masak, masukkan semua jenis kicap & sos.
4. masukkan macaroni, udang & sawi, gaul rata.
5. masukkan telur yang telah dipukul & gaul rata.
6. renjiskan sedikit minyak bijan untuk menambah rasa.
7. garnish with any kind of salad & tomato. serve warm with chilli sauce & bawang goreng. siap!
