:: Sup Ikan Merah ::



resepi nih jumpa kat salah satu blog yang kat list tuh. got onterested sebab method dia a bit different than the norm. mmg delicious and very healthy. no oil at all. dan terasa manis sayur dalam kuah.

:: Ingredients ::
celery
carrot
bawang besar - hiris
2-3 ulas bawang putih - hiris
halia - 1-2 inch, hiris
ikan merah
brocolli
serai
garam
air

:: Method ::
1. boil water dan masukkan semua bahan kecuali ikan, brocolli, serai dan garam. masak hingga mendidih.
2. bila dah mendidih, asingkan kuah dan bahan2 yang direbus tadi. bahan2 yang direbus tadi kita discard, except carrot. carrot tuh kita recycle balik.
3. masukkan ikan, carrot, serai, brocolli dalam air rebusan tadi.
4. masak lagi sekali sehingga ikan masak. rasakan dengan garam and lada hitam (jika suka). serve hot with daun sup, daun bawang and bawang garam. yummy, healthy and most importantly easy peasy


:: Telur Dadar 3 Rasa ::




ini kes nak masak ikan tiga rasa tapi tak jadi sebab sup ikan banyak lagi. since kuah dah buat, bancuh jek la telur dadar, tuang kuah atas dia. layan. resepi tiga rasa tuh refer kat dalam label ikan, ai malas nak type. :P

:: Chocolate Cake ::



kalau ikut plan, minggu lepas nak baking. tapi time tak mengizinkan, so postpone this week. made this little gems for the kiddos, minus the topping (mommy malas, plus leceh nak pack untuk the kids for snacking at school). i really enjoy the cake, so does the kids. tapi last2 suffer sendiri sebab the kids high on sugar (and caffeine!!!!!!)

:: Ingredients ::
2 cups tepung naik sendiri*
0.5 cup cocoa powder (guna delfi)*
1 tsp baking powder*
1 cup gula castor
0.5 cup brown sugar
250gm butter (aku pakai tatura)
3 biji telur
1 cup fresh milk
0.5 cup air sejuk
2 tsp nescafe + 1 tsp warm water
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp choc emulco
choc chip

* ayak

:: Method ::
1. cream butter and sugar sehingga lembut dan fluffy.
2. masukkan telur, one at a time. and continue mixing.
3. add in nescafe, vanilla essence and choc emulco. continue mixing.
4. add in flour, cocoa powder & baking powder alternately with water + milk in 2 additions. (flour-water-flour-water)
5. divide batter in paper cups and bake in preheated oven at 170deg for 25-30 mins (depending on oven)
~ yield 25 generous cups. rosak diet haku!

:: Nasi Goreng Separa Kerabu ::



semalam beli bunga kantan memang dengan niat nak masukkan dalam nasi goreng. my boys love nasi goreng with bunga kantan. made this for today's dinner, and alhamdulillah anak2 selera makan.

:: Ingredients ::
- Bahan Tumis
1/2 biji bawang besar - hiris
3 biji bawang merah - hiris
3 biji bawang putih - hiris
1 biji cili merah - hiris
1 biji cili hijau - hiris
2 biji cili api (sila tambah untuk pedas)
2 batang serai - hiris
1 batang bunga kantan - hiris
1 genggam ikan bilis - ditumbuk lumat

1.5 cawan nasi
1 biji carrot - dihiris
2 pokok sayur bak choy
2 biji telur
daun bawang
daun sup
1 genggam ikan bilis digoreng garing

:: Method ::
1. Tumis bahan-bahan tumis sehingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan carrot & sayur bak choy. season with salt.
3. masukkan nasi dan gaul rata. pecahkan telur dan kacau rata.
4. masukkan ikan bilis yang telah digoreng dan kacau rata.
5. serve warm dengan hirisan daun bawang dan sup.

:: cekodok durian ::



this is my all time favourite. dek kerana teringin sangat nak makan, ai request my OH to get some cheap durian for the sake of this cekodok. i tell you, this is one gem to treasure. serious layan.

:: Ingredients ::
isi durian (lagi banyak lagi umpph!)
tepung gandum
gula (jika perlu)
1 tsp baking powder
air

:: Method ::
1. Mix all to the consistency of cekodok pisang batter.
2. deep fry in hot oil.
3. makan panas2. serious ngan mak mertua pun aku boleh rebut. (cakap jekkk. :))

:: mihun goreng ::



there's nothing extraordinary with this menu. layan saje gambo breakfast anak2 hari nih..
