:: Char Kuey Teow ::



dah lama saya cari kicap char kuey teow nih. awal june hari tuh, i went to kedah with family to witness my cousin's solemnization, and i found the said kicap dekat R&R gurun. beli la satu botol 850g. sungguh saya menyesal tak beli botol besar. cepat benar nak habisnya, sedap pulak tuh!!!

:: Ingredients ::
8-10 tbsp kicap char kuey teow
2 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk)
udang
daging
daun kucai
taugeh
2 telur
almost a cup water
1 paket kuey teow

:: Method ::
1. tumis bawang putih sampai wangi
2. masukkan udang & daging
3. masukkan kicap & air. masukkan kuey teow, daun kucai & taugeh.
4. masukkan telur yang dah dikacau.
5. siap.

extremely simple!

:: Macaroni Goreng ::



bila tukang masak sudah bosan makan roti utk breakfast (unlike my OH who can take breads for breakfast-lunch-dinner-in between meals-everytime). :)

::Ingredients::
3-4 handful of Macaroni (cooked al-dente in salted water + bits of olive oil)
2-3 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
carrot
sawi
capsicum
daging
udang
2 tbsp sos tiram
1 tbsp sos cili
3 tbsp kicap manis
3 tbsp kicap masin
3 tbsp sos char kuey teow
2 biji telur
minyak bijan

optional :-
salad
tomato

:: Method ::
1. tumis bawang putih & merah yang telah dihiris halus sehingga wangi
2. masukkan daging, carrot & capsicum.
3. bila daging dah masak, masukkan semua jenis kicap & sos.
4. masukkan macaroni, udang & sawi, gaul rata.
5. masukkan telur yang telah dipukul & gaul rata.
6. renjiskan sedikit minyak bijan untuk menambah rasa.
7. garnish with any kind of salad & tomato. serve warm with chilli sauce & bawang goreng. siap!


:: Daging Paprik ::



recipe amek dari kak haniliza as usual. untuk membuka selera bila lauk yg lain adalah stok utk bebudak kecik semata. :)

::Bubur Pulut Hitam::




My kids love bubur pulut hitam. here goes my version:-

::Ingredients::
2-3 genggam kecik pulut hitam - dibasuh
4-5 gelas air
daun pandan
1/2 kotak santan kecik + 1 cup of water
gula melaka + gula pasir (ikut sesedap rasa)

:: Method ::
1. Rebus pulut dengan air sehingga lembut.
2. bila dah lembut, masukkan daun pandan, gula & santan.
3. masak hingga mendidih.

i love serving it warm, instead of cold.
