Mushroom Jack Fajita

Mushroom Jack is one of our 'must order' food when dining at Chili's. Selalunya beli satu dish ni & share 2 orang sebab it's pretty big portion (for small eater like us)

I made this once before, but it was AGEEEESSSSS ago. i attempt it back last weekend. with the help of these two ingredients:-

wrap - Garlic (store bought at Jusco Wangsa Maju. also available at Giant. cari dekat 'bread section')

this the cheat!! haha. boleh je buat marinade sendiri, tapi mommy malas. so beli saje. Rm4.50/pack. satu untuk 1 serving. store bought at Jusco Wangsa Maju. cari dekat aisle seasoning.

1 capsicum (thinly sliced)
button mushroom (thinly sliced)
onion (thinly sliced)
sour cream
chicken breast (thinly sliced)
olive oil
1 packet of fajita seasoning (mixed with 1/4 cup of water)
Tomato (diced)
Coriander leaves (cincang halus)
lemon juice

1. Marinade 1/2 of the mixed seasoning with chicken slices. Set aside for 2 hours.
2. Add chopped tomato, diced onion, coriander leaves & lemon juice. season with salt, mix well and set aside.
3. Cover tortilla/wrap with aluminium foil & heat it in oven
4. heat olive oil in a pan. pan grilled the marinated chicken till cook. set aside.
5. heat more olive oil & sautee the capsicum, sliced mushroom & onion. Once done, set aside. (I did it separately)
6. using the same pan, heat up some olive oil (1 tbsp is enough) and heat up the remaining mixed seasoning. stir well till thick.
7. arrange everything on plate. drizzle the thicken sauce in no. 6 over chicken.
8. serve warm with sour cream & tomato salsa.

ps : you can also serve this with guacamole & shredded cheddar.
