Cendawan & Udang Masak Lemak



I first tried this dish dekat kenduri kahwin. and tell yaaaaaaa this dish is superbbbb! so, i recreate this dish at home, maximising my memory ability of how it taste to serve it to my neucleous family.. verdict??? adib mintak makan nasi for dinner way before i asked him to eat. yeay!!

Ingredients
3 ulas bawang merah (dikisar)
2 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
kunyit hidup (dikisar)
1 ciji cili merah
udang sederhana besar
250gm cendawan tiram
santan (dari satu biji kelapa-asingkan pati dengan yang cair)

Method
1. Masukkan santan cair, bawang dan cili. masak sehingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan cendawan dan udang. continue masak hingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan pati santan dan perisakan dengan garam. again masak hingga mendidih.

Siap. Kalau nak pedas, kisar kunyit dengan cili api. since this is a kid friendly version, cili api telah diboikot dalam resepi. nevertheless, it tasted good enough.
