:: Four Layer Pudding ::



Made this for the little tummies at home who love jelly, puddings and its family.

:: Ingredients ::
1 pack of agar-agar kering
1 pack of jeli nona (strawberry)
5-6 cups of water
almost 1 cup of sugar
1 tin of evaporated milk
colourings (green, yellow & pink)
essences (vanilla, mango & pandan)
sumi jelly (optional)

:: Method ::
1. Cook 1 pack of agar-agar with sugar in boiling water.
2. Divide into three portion.
3. Flavour each portion with different essences & colour.
4. Pour the agar-agar mixture layer by layer.
5. Cook the jeli nona according to package instruction.
4. arrange some sumi jelly on top of the agar-agar mixture (no. 4)
5. Pour in the cooked jeli nona.
6. Serve chill.
