60ml fresh milk
90gm cooking chocolate
226gm cream cheese (i used a block of cream cheese)
125gm icing sugar (i used 100gm, and yet I still feel I need to reduce the sugar amount)
240ml cream (i used a small box of thicken cream)
1 tsp vanilla essence
250gm digestive biscuits (I used cream-o choc biscuit + melted butter)
125gm peanut butter (I used peanut butter with chocolate)
1.Crumb the biscuit dan padatkan as the base of the tart. Set aside.
2. Heat the milk and melt the cooking chocolate. Put aside.
3. Cream the peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar.
4. In another bowl, whip the cream. Take 1/3 of the whipped cream and mix with no. 1.
5. Fold in the balance of cream to no.1.
6. Pour the mixture on the prepared base.
7. Pour the choc ganache. Serve chill.
